Obituary of Linda Spruill Tucker
Graveside services for Linda Spruill Tucker, age 74, of West Point, GA, will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 11:30 AM at Wadley City Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00-11:00 AM on Friday before services begin.
Mrs. Tucker passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange, GA.
Survivors include: one daughter, Denise England (Bubba) of West Point, GA; one son, James Tucker (Nicole LaFarge) of Portland, OR; and four grandchildren, Zachery Tucker, Cameron LaFarge, Wade England, and Harleigh England.
A Lakeland, Florida native, Mrs. Tucker was born on January 16, 1950, the daughter of James Angelo and Mary Ellen Chriswell Spruill. She worked as an administrative assistant at Southern Union State Community College before retiring. Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Michael Tucker; two sisters, Brenda Cannady and Sandra Strickland; and one brother, Terry Spruill.
