Ann Gosdin, age 80, of Roanoke passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Tanner East Alabama. 

The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.  

Survivors include: three sons, Chuck Gosdin (Jenny) of Woodland, Mike Gosdin of Roanoke and Jason Gosdin of Roanoke; six grandchildren, Jestin Gosdin, Dustin Gosdin, Kelsey Gosdin, Austin Gosdin, Emily Gosdin and Quaid Gosdin; four step-grandchildren, Julian Williams, Ayden Williams, Starleigh Kay Thompson, and Ashlan Ann Gosdin; two great-grandchildren, Wyatt Gosdin and Raeleigh Caldwell. 

A Calhoun County native, Mrs. Gosdin was born June 30, 1943, the daughter of Russell and Ruth Barker.  She had retired from Candlewick Yarn Mills and enjoyed crafting, crocheting and puzzles.  She was funny, kind and accepting.  She was tender-hearted and loving, especially concerning her children and grandchildren.  Mrs. Gosdin was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wendell Gosdin.
