OBITUARY
Funeral services for Jane Tillis, age 69, of Wadley, will be held Friday, 2:00 pm, February 8, 2013, from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Scott Whaley officiating. Burial to follow in Forrester's Chapel Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be her nephews.
Mrs. Tillis died Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at East Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Tillis is survived by four sisters, Nancy Smith of Roanoke, Mary Ann Hodges of Wadley, Donna Bozeman of Roanoke, Wanda Barbara of Roanoke; one brother, Wylie Rowe of Roanoke.
Mrs. Tillis was born April 26, 1943, the daughter of Johnny and Elsie Lela Scott Rowe. She had worked for Handley Mills as a twister. Mrs. Tillis was preceded in death by her spouse, Tommy Tillis; her parents; two sisters, Virginia Kelley and Dean Wright; one brother, Jackson Rowe.
