Funeral services for Mrs. Eris Dell Stevens, of Bowdon, GA, formerly of Woodland, age 81, will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010, at 3:00 pm from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Cecil Halsey and Rev. Justin Richards officiating. Burial to follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 15, 2010.
Mrs. Stevens died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at LaGrange Hospice.
Survivors include three sisters, Leola Brown, Jewell Czik and Era Hill all of Roanoke.
Mrs. Stevens was born February 17, 1928, the daughter of Mark and Lucy Bryan Daniel. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and had been an inspector for Sewell Manufacturing. Mrs. Stevens was preceded in death by her husband, Offie Stevens; twelve brothers and sisters.
