Graveside services for Robert Vann "Robbie" Marshall, age 34, of Athens, Tennessee, formerly of Roanoke, were held Friday, July 12, 2013, at 1:00 pm from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Brian officiating and Caleb Calhoun delivering the eulogy.
Mr. Marshall died Saturday, July 6, 2013, in Tennessee.
Survivors include his parents, Bobby Marshall (Renee) of Brewton, Theresa Daniel of Athens, Tn.; daughter, Alexis Martin of Athens, Tn.; two sons, Cody Marshall and Colton Marshall, also of Athens; grandparents, Vann & Shelby Langley of Wedowee; two sisters, Sandy Marshall-Hipple of Auburn and Jordan Marshall-Weems of Pensacola, Fl.; two brothers, Justin Marshall of Brewton and Josh Daniel of Athens, Tn.
Pallbearers will be Justin Marshall, Caleb Calhoun, Ryan Weems, Jim Winklemann, Tommy Pool and Brad Martin.
A former Roanoke resident, Mr. Marshall was born July 21, 1978, son of Robert Jordan and Theresa Jean Langley Marshall. He was owner/operator of Athens Tire and Automotive Repair in Athens, Tennessee.
