Starling Lamar Smallwood, age 56, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, August 26, 2013, at his home in Roanoke.
Survivors include one daughter, Stacey Marie Smallwood of Covington, GA; one son, Jason Lamar Smallwood of Covington; six grandchildren; one brother, Jeff Smallwood of Roanoke.
A former resident of Carrollton, GA, Mr. Smallwood was born December 29, 1956, in Atlanta, GA, the son of Charles Samuel and Faye Martin Smallwood. He had been employed as an electrician with Henderson Electric.
