Funeral services for Samantha Marie Malone, age 28, of LaGrange, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. (CST) from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Hank Avera officiating. Burial will follow at Gray Hill Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, October 25, 2013. Mrs. Malone died Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at her residence. Survivors include: her husband, Willie Malone of LaGrange; two sons, Seth Longoria and Christian Taylor of LaGrange; one niece and nephew, Makenzie Tanner and Caleb Fincher of LaGrange; mother and stepfather, Michele and Chuck Lee of LaGrange; father and stepmother, Pete and Deidra Pollard of LaGrange; paternal grandmother, Nell Pollard of LaGrange; maternal grandparents, Sammy Noles of Franklin and Sandra Wilkinson of Villa Rica; great-grandparents, Snoble Noles Akins of Franklin and Jean Railey of LaGrange; and four sisters, Elizabeth Fincher, Whitney Pollard, and Shelby Pollard, all of LaGrange, and Leanne Adams of Tampa Bay, FL. Pallbearers will be Willie Malone, Joseph Rice, Joe Tanner, Jimmy Lee, Hunter Lee, and Chris Spradlin. A lifelong Troup County native, Mrs. Malone was born on September 29, 1985, the daughter of Henry Burton Pollard, Jr., and Sandra Michele Noles Lee. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and was a sales clerk at Dollar General. Samantha was preceded in death by her grandfather, Henry Pollard, Sr.; stepfather, Wade Gaddy; one aunt, Karen Bishop; and two great-grandfathers, Raymond Railey and Fred Noles.
