Funeral services for Betty Jeanette Treadwell, age 71, of Roanoke, will be held Monday, January 20, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Johnny Williams and Ricky Etchison officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Stand Congregational Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, January 19th.
Mrs. Treadwell died Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Regional Medical Center in Anniston.
Survivors include three daughters, Monica Brown and Rhonda Ashworth (Alton), of Wedowee and Tonya Cook (Clay) of Roanoke; one brother, Thomas Treadwell of Valdosta, Ga.; and seven grandchildren.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Treadwell was born May 2, 1942, daughter of James Harold and Thelma Perry Treadwell. She was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church and had retired from Fashion Star. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Milford Harold Treadwell.
