Obituary of Kimberly Potts Towler

Funeral services for Kimberly P. Towler, age 54, of Roanoke, will be held Friday, February 7, 2014, at 2:00 pm from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tony McManus, Rev. Keith Benefield and Rev. Roger Florence officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 6th. Mrs. Towler died Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at her home. Survivors include her husband, James Wallace Towler of Roanoke; two sons, Ben Towler (wife, Stacey) of LaGrange, Ga. and Cody Towler of Roanoke; two grandsons, Austin & Nathan Towler; grandmother, Blondell Gray Potts of Roanoke; one sister, Becky Potts of Roanoke; and one brother, Laran Potts, also of Roanoke. Pallbearers will be Chris Towler, Greg Miller, B J Knight, Jackie Potts, Mike Potts and Chuck Potts. A lifelong Randolph County resident, Mrs. Towler was born February 6, 1959, daughter of Hubert and Mary Jeanette Owens Potts. She was a housewife and mother and was a member of Rock Mills First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.
