Funeral services for Gary Ralph Brown, age 57, of Lincoln, will be held Monday, October 19, 2009, at 2:00 pm from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am on Monday.
Mr. Brown died Thursday, October 15th at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Pike Brown of Lincoln; two daughters, Dixie Sumners and Misty Brown of Lincoln; two sons, Keith Davenport Brown and Bryan David Brown, both of Missouri; one sister, Brenda Davis of Missouri; one brother, Dewayne Brown of Missouri; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A Missouri native, Mr. Brown was born February 27, 1952, son of Benny F. and Nora Frances Brown. He had retired from the Navy and had served during the Vietnam War.
Memorials may be floral or the family suggests contributions to the Gary Brown memorial fund (c/o Vicki Brown, 391 Lomar Drive, Lincoln, AL 35096).
