Obituary of Selena Ann Williams

OBITUARY Funeral services for Mrs. Selena Ann Taft Williams, of Roanoke, age 53, will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at 3:00 pm from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bud Stiltner, Rev. Bill Boggin and Rev. Charles Fetner officiating. Burial to follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Mrs. Williams died Monday, February 22, 2010 at West Georgia Health Systems. Survivors include her husband, Marion L. Williams, III of Roanoke; two daughter, Kelley (husband Jeremy) Holloway of Roanoke, Hannah (husband Ryan) Earl of LaGrange, GA; one son, Alex (wife Tiffany) Williams of Roanoke; mother, Maxine Taft of Rock Mills; one sister, Phyllis (husband Jim) Harris of Hermitage, TN; three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ryan Earl, Lamar Williams, Rob King, Gary Gillespie, Robby Hill and Caleb King. Mrs. Williams was born June 29, 1956, the daughter of William Woodrow and Jessie Maxine Yates Taft. She had been a homemaker. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her father. Flowers will be accepted, donations to the American Cancer Society, or Gideon Bibles.
