even though he was known as rufus or mr. avant he will forever be Paw Paw to me. my grandfather was a dear, loving man who worked harder than any one I know! I will miss his stories, how tickled he would get when he told them and how he would always tell me "love you too son" when I told him I loved him. I will miss how he always told me to "be careful with the merchandise" when I would pick at him but most importantly how even though he didn't feel the greatest how he would have moved heaven and earth to come to the hospital when my son was born and having to roll him in a wheelchair for him to come up to the 3rd floor for him to see Easton. I will never forget how when I looked upon my son for the first time how the first person I saw in him was my paw paw. Paw Paw, I love you and will miss everything that you were!!!! I love you paw paw!
