Obituary of Ina Mae Cagle

Funeral services for Ina Mae Cagle, age 86, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, October 13, 2014, at 11:00 AM from Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Burns and Rev. Frank Sledge officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2014. Mrs. Cagle will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to services beginning on Monday. Mrs. Cagle died on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Traylor's Nursing Facility. Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Hill (husband, Fred) of Roanoke; one grandchild, Michael Lee Kidd (wife, Christie) of Prattville; and two great-grandchildren, Paten Kidd and Watson Kidd. Pallbearers will be Michael Kidd, Paten Kidd, Richard Webb, Jimmy Whaley, Terry Brown, and Freddy Brown. A Randolph County native, Mrs. Cagle was born July 1, 1928, the daughter of Floyd and Ellie Lipham Stewart. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and had been employed with Playtex as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charlie Cagle. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Trinity Baptist Family Life Center, P.O. Box 742, Roanoke, AL 36274.
