Graveside services for Mamie Burke Yarbrough, age 88, of LaGrange will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 2 PM from Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Billy Puckett officiating.
The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday, November 15.
Mrs. Yarbrough passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Traylor's Nursing Center.
Survivors include: one brother, Paul Burke (wife, Myra) of Roanoke, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mrs. Yarbrough's nephews.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Yarbrough was born on March 3, 1926, the daughter of Buster and Ola Hyatt Burke. She was Baptist by faith and was a homemaker. Mrs. Yarbrough was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Winston Yarbrough; five brothers, Huey Burke, Dewey Burke, Major Burke, John Burke and Chester Burke; and one sister, Arene Colley.
