Funeral services for C.E. Cunningham, age 62, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at 1:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Keith Benefield and Rev. Phillip Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Springfield Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, December 20, 2014.
Mr. Cunningham passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include: one grandson, one nephew; one sister-in-law, Clara Cunningham of North Carolina; and one brother, Ray Cunningham of Roanoke.
A Randolph County native, Mr. Cunningham was born on January 3, 1952, the son of J.W. Cunningham, Jr., and Annie Gay Cunningham. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and was a truck driver for Hub Trucking and J-Par Trucking. Mr. Cunningham was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Danny Wayne Cunningham; and two brothers, Gay Cunningham and Harold Cunningham.
