Happened to be looking at the funeral home website and saw Ron's obituary. Although it is sad to know he has passed, it was wonderful to see pictures of cousin Beth whom I haven't talked to in many years. Have been living in CA since 1978 and before that was in VA for a couple years. Bob lives in Brunswick GA with his wife.
Love to you Beth and your beautiful family!

I'm sorry Ron, I just found out about your passing. Rest easy now Marine. I will remember you for ever. For those of you reading this. Ron and I served in the Marine Corp in Albany Georgia at the Marine Corp Supply Depot. His first wife Marilyn and My late Wife Leverne were best friends since childhood. Ron and I had a lot of experiences together both while in the Corp and after I got out. Over the years we lost touch much to my regret. These are good memories. My God bless you Ron and all of your family. Your Friend, Phil Waltrip

Dear Beth,
Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of your husband. I'm so glad that you both were at the class reunion and that we had the opportunity to visit briefly. It was easy to see that you were happy. Hold your good memories close in the days ahead. They will help you through the tough times. You will be in my prayers.
