To the family and friends of Ms Lottie Puckett,
I am truly sorry for the loss of your cherished loved one.
Death is an enemy of the human race and is merciless.
My hope is that you may find a measure of comfort from the Holy Scriptures.
Revelation 21:3,4. Isaiah 25:8,9. Take care.

I dare not be defeated,
Just at the set of sun,
When Jesus waits to whisper,
“Well done, beloved, well done“;
Come, Lord, bend from the Glory,
On me Thy Spirit cast,
Make me an overcomer,
A victor to the last.

My sweet Mr. Puckett and family,
This is a bittersweet homecoming for Mrs Puckett. My heart hurts because I long for her to be here, but I also rejoice knowing she is so excited to be with Jesus! I know she is singing in the heavenly choir! We had so many beautiful talks about our Father God, and that's why I am also rejoicing in this sad time. I love her with all my heart. From her smile to her beautiful voice, she was truly a blessing to know. We would spend over an hour at her appointments going over everything, and of course I would just sit and soak up all she had to tell. She told me how she has been blessed to have such a wonderful relationship with Jesus. She shared her faith with anyone she could. She shared her love over us all. One of my favorite memories of all time was this last time I drew her blood before turning in my notice to follow the call to be a nursing professor, which she was so supportive and loving about. Mrs. Beth was sitting there, smiling and holding my hand, and all the sudden she softly started singing the most beautiful hymn. I believe it was "I Dare not be defeated." How beautiful. I will never forget that moment and her beautiful voice. To say I love her, and you Mr Puckett, is an understatement. I truly love her. I know she is so excited right now to be in heaven with her Jesus!
I dare not be defeated,
Just at the set of sun,
When Jesus waits to whisper,
“Well done, beloved, well done“;
Come, Lord, bend from the Glory,
On me Thy Spirit cast,
Make me an overcomer,
A victor to the last.

I was so saddened to see the post of Beth's passing. She was a precious soul and always had a beautiful smile on her face when I saw her although I could feel her pain and suffering. Beth was always praising our Lord for bringing her as far in life as she had traveled. Heaven has truly gained a beautiful Angel in Beth Puckett... May God help you, her family, through the days ahead.

There is no pain or sorrow that Jesus Christ can't heal. Beth's life was a true testimony of that statement. She was loved dearly and will be missed greatly. My continued prayers and thoughts are with you, the family, during your time of bereavement.

My dear sweet Uncle Bill and my beautiful cousins,
I am so saddened by your loss. I know Aunt Beth was the center of your lives and that there is now an empty place where she should be. Just know that in the days to come that God will make this cross a little easier to carry, even though I know it hurts so much right now. Think of her as still being with you, all around you every day and it helps a little. Love one another as I know you will and know that the many of us that could not come are with you in our hearts. I will be thinking of you often in the days ahead. You are a beautiful, loving, God trusting family! Sing joyously with your wonderful voices in harmony like you did the last time I got to come to a reunion a few years ago with my mama before she passed. I never forgot the beautiful music you guys made together! I know Aunt Beth will rejoice in Heaven every time she hears you sing! She was so very proud of each and every one of you!
Love you all,
Terressa

Rob and I want you all to know that we love you and we are grieving with you. You are in our thoughts and prayers always.
God saw you were getting tired, And a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you, And whispered, "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
