Tony and I lived across the hall from each other in Jacksonville St University's luxurious (sarcasm?) Crowe Hall beginning Summer 1975. One morning, Mr. Ralph made us breakfast when I crashed at your place in Roanoke.
Another day, Tony borrowed a motorcycle and we terrorized the road around Roanoke. The last time that I remember seeing all the pretty sisters and mom was at the funeral home when Mr. Ralph passed away.
I am now leading singing at Pine Hill Christian Church in Graham, and our minister's wife, who had dated Tony before her marriage, had contacted Tony, He had promised to visit and surprise us ?
I don't like his last surprise. May he rest in peace.

To the family of Mr Tony Ralph Thomas,
I am so sorry for the loss of your precious loved one.
Death is an enemy of the human race and is merciless towards everyone.
Though the coming weeks and months may prove to be very difficult, my hope is that you may find a measure of comfort from the Holy Scriptures.
The promises made by Jehovah God will come true.
Revelation 21:3,4. Isaiah 25:8,9.
