Obituary of Tony Ralph Thomas
Funeral services for Tony Ralph Thomas, age 60, of Roanoke, will be held Monday, March 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Whaley officiating. Burial will follow at the Thomas Family Cemetery, 1621 Doublehead Road, Roanoke.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until 2:00 pm on Monday.
Mr. Thomas died Friday, March 2, 2018, at East Alabama Medical Center.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby Moore Thomas Vinson of Roanoke; two sisters, Pam Eiland of Roanoke and Beth Brown Dodd of Boaz; an adopted son, Cody Butler of Roanoke; companion, Susan Hampton of Roanoke; nieces, Michelle Foster, Hollie King and Sharon Criswell; great-nieces, Riley Foster, Adelyn Richardson, Bailey Grace Curtis and Madison Criswell; and great-nephews, Slade Foster and Landon Richardson.
A lifelong Roanoke resident, Mr. Thomas was born August 13, 1957, in Jackson, Tennessee, the son of Ralph Lewis and Ruby Moore Thomas. He was a member of Roanoke First Baptist Church and the owner/operator of Audio City in Roanoke. He was preceded in death by his father and a great-niece, Haven King.
