Mr. Roy was a very special person and will be truly missed. He would always bring me a piece of peppermint candy when he came to the courthouse. I know he is now walking on streets of gold with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mr. Roy cut my hair when I was a young man and he would give me a dime and a piece of bubble gum afterwards.
