Richie "Jonesie", Mary, C.J. And Meagan we are thankful that we call you all friends but we are blessed to love y'all like family. We know how time and things tend to get in the way sometimes and we didn't get to see each other or talk very often. But it never changed that we love y'all and we knew that y'all love us. We will miss Richie and we want you to know we will be here for you and the kids. Just like you and Richie have time and time again been there for us. If you need anything or we can help or the kids need anything. Just as y'all would expect from us we expect you to tell us get us or get us a message. We want to be there 24/7 should you need anything. We are proud of Richie and the love for his wife and children couldn't be explained but it could be felt as it radiated through the whole family. Thank God he gave us the chance to know Richie and Mary and the children. Our lives are better because of the tracks they left in our lives and on our children's lives. We love you all and we will miss Richie. We will celebrate Richie's life with your family and feel honored that we can. He is a hero, a man to be remembered, honored and admired. Thank you both for the wonderful memories. We will make more be sure of that and we love you Mary and Mary we are proud of you. We are proud of you in so many ways.... Loving your family always The Reaves Family

Every Thanksgiving Richie would make sure we had 45 turkeys ready to cook for the whole town. Last year he pranked me and said they were thawed and ready to cook a week early. I'm sure my face was priceless. I am sure that I will never see another thanksgiving that I don't smile at that memory. He was an awesome man and I am so sorry for your loss.

There are no words that can be said that will bring any comfort to Mary, CJ and Megan for the loss of such a wonderful husband and father. Unless work was involved, where you saw Richie, you saw Mary. This is the most loving family! They are so very special to our family. We will forever thank God for the opportunity and the blessing of having them in our lives. Our hearts hurt so much for you. Richie will always have a place in our heart. The only comfort we can find now is Richie is in Heaven making God laugh just like he did to all of us. You will be missed our special friend!

So sorry to hear of this tragedy that caused the death of an innocent man. Words cannot express the sorrow that the people of Wadley feel now because of this senseless act of violence. May God wrap his arms around the family and help them during this very difficult time in their lives.
